Polycubes - Loose fill - EPS foam packaging chips used to secure items in boxes for shipping.
Our Polycubes are approximately 3/4" cubes which provide excellent cushioning and filling capability
These cubes are fabricated from 1.0# density foam. Some loose fill foams are lighter density which yes can provide softer initial cushion but also create a higher static charge which can cause problems.

Packing Sheets & Shapes
EPS Foam can absorb shock and protect fragile items better than some other materials.
The Foam Sheets come in 2'x 4', 4'x 8', and custom sizes
It is easily cut smoothly with sharp knife.
Standard thicknesses are 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 2", 3", 4" we can make any thickness from 1/8" up to 39" Thick.
We can provide the quantity and sizes you need for your specific packaging needs.
We also offer free delivery in the Greater Charleston, SC area for any order $50.00 or more.
We cut foam using hot wires, and therefore can make many shapes to fit your box/crate and fit the shipping item(s).

As versatile as our shapes are we are not molders and some shapes are better made by EPS Foam packaging molders. However, in most cases we can make Polystyrene foam packaging that can support your product for safe shipping and handling needs.
