Jim Busse, WWII vet, Univ. of Fla. graduate in building construction, branch mgr. national insulation contractor, S.E. district mgr. hi-temp insulation manufacturer, insulation contractor, district product mgr., partner and now Vice President.
Bill Busse, educated in Charleston, electrician, machinist operating heavy milling machines, mechanic, partner and now Treasurer.
Randy Busse, educated in Charleston, communications specialist SCARNG, counter salesman, partner, and outside salesman for JWR Sales since its inception, and now President.

Our modern 7000 sq.ft. plant with offices, warehousing, and fabrication areas facilitate rapid handling, accurate fabrication and prompt shipment by our trucks and commercial carriers.
